Description
CloudFilter and SafeSend users have the option to enable alerts when an inbound or outbound message is held based on a specific quarantine decision.
Filter Alerts
Filter Alerts allow users to configure notifications whenever a message is held. This ensures users are promptly informed of filtered messages that may require review. These alerts are available only at the user level, and are located at the bottom of their Filtering tab in the Mailprotector Console. Managers are able to customize the alerts for users if needed.
Filter Alerts notifications can be configured for inbound or outbound messages for each of the Decision types of a filtered message -- virus, spam, and policy.
