New Senders in Mailprotector Shield

Mailprotector Shield displays a New Sender banner for emails from senders without a Trust Network Decision, listing them on the New Senders page where users can review and assign trust or silence actions—such as trusting to Inbox or Bundled folders, or silencing to Junk, Jail, Archived, or Trash—with the Bundled folder option available to Shield Pro: Bundler users.

Description

Shield will display a New Sender banner on any email from a sender who has not yet been given a Trust Network Decision by the Shield user. Any new senders not yet given a trust decision will be available on the Shield New Senders page.

New Sender Review

The Email Security Briefing and the Shield Portal provide links to the New Senders page. Any sender without a Trust Network Decision will be listed on the New Senders page, along with the email associated with the sender. The user can click on Trust or Silence for each new sender to go to the default location.

The arrow next to Trust allows for selection of Trust to Inbox or Bundled folders. The arrow next to Silence allows for selection of Silence to Junk, Jail, Archived, or Trash.
