Description

Shield Admins can view all users of an organization in order to view or change user-level settings.

View Users

The View Users page is available from the organization's page in Shield. By default, it shows all users, shared mailboxes, and accounts with no primary email address in the M365 tenant.

The page includes many options:

  1. 1.Click Sync to match the list of users in the Microsoft 365 tenant matches the users in Shield. Synchronizing users is done automatically, but if a change was recently made in M365 that is not yet reflected in Shield, this will bring over the change.
  2. 2.Click on All to change the list to: Enabled Status, Protection Level, Experience Level, Veto Requests
  3. 3.Click Search to search for a specific user by first name, last name, or email address.
  4. 4.Click on the vertical ellipsis to choose options for the user:

Spotlight, Access, Security, Request Notifications, Risk Levels, Health, Preferences, Trust Network 5. Click a specific user to be brought to their User Page. 6. View a user's status for: Shield Enrollment, Protection Level, Experience Level, and Pending Veto Requests 7. View the Health Status of each user. 8. Navigate through additional pages via Next and Previous.
